Register to win a 1993 Case® Factory Sample Imitation Abalone Mini Trapper.
Knives bearing the Case name have been up to the task for over 130 years, and each Case knife that comes out of Bradford, PA is held to the highest standard. Their roots extend back to 1889, when four enterprising brothers—William Russell (W.R.), Jean, John, and Andrew Case (a.k.a. “The Case Brothers”)—began selling handcrafted knives from the back of a wagon in upstate New York. John Russell (Russ) Case, the son of W.R., formed W.R. Case & Sons, as it is known today. Russ’s father acted as his son’s consultant, helping to stabilize the company's early finances while building a reputation as the most respected name in American cutlery.
Mini Trappers are a smaller version of the Trapper carrying two full length blades, the Clip blade and the Spey blade. The Clip blade is commonly used as a multi-purpose blade and preferred for detail work. The Spey blade is commonly used as an all-purpose utility blade. The basic trapping and skinning blades make this a must-have knife for those who trap small game. This knife is constructed with Case 1095 Carbon Steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel and easy to sharpen. Made in Bradford, PA, USA from domestic and imported materials.
