Do you offer a catalog?
Not exactly. We will occasionally send out printed flyers with time-limited specials, but no full-length catalog per se.
How long will it take to get my order?
Items that are in stock will usually ship within 5-7 business days, and will be received 5-7 business days thereafter. We will try to notify you if an item you ordered is not available, and may ship a partial order with adjusted pricing and shipping.
Do you ship to APO, FPO's?
Not from the website. We do ship to military bases around the world, however there may be special circumstances when shipping to these locations, so contacting a sales rep and placing your order via telephone is required.
This knife is stainless steel - will it rust?
Stainless steel can and will rust over time, if not properly taken care of. Any contamination of the surface by dirt or other material (including dust and moisture contained in the air) can trap corrosive agents, reducing the corrosion protection, and resulting in rust.

The most common cause of accelerated stainless steel rusting is improper cleaning. This could include not removing all the dirt, not thoroughly rinsing after washing, leaving traces of soap behind, and not thoroughly drying after cleaning. (In this last instance, it is your water that is rusty, not your stainless steel.)

The best way to avoid rust or corrosion problems is to properly clean and dry your product. Application of a light machine oil will further protect your product, and reduce the frequency at which it needs to be cleaned and maintained.
What is your warranty policy?
We have a lifetime warranty on factory defects (broken backspring, broken frame, or broken blade, if it is due to bad steel.) Misuse is not covered.
