Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from date of receipt to contact our customer service department for a return authorization number. Returns must be received in “as shipped” condition. Any merchandise received outside the allotted time frame, or without a proper authorization number will be refused. For your protection, return the merchandise, pre-paid and insured, by US Post Office or UPS ONLY. (Full reimbursements will not be given for items returned by third party shippers including, but not limited to, The UPS Store). Frost Cutlery is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or misdirected by the carrier.
Warranty Policy
Lifetime warranty of knives is subject to specifications of factory defect. Defects do not include normal wear of knife handles and blades, or damage caused by use of the product for purpose other than intended. Any handle material may crack over time; cracks are not considered defects after 30 days from purchase. Should any parts or workmanship prove defective, Frost Cutlery will repair or replace the part or parts at no cost to the purchaser, unless the product is returned more than one year after purchase, in which event the purchaser must include $3.00 with the returned product to cover shipping and handling. This remedy is the PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. In no event shall the purchaser be entitled to recover incidental or consequential damages, except to the extent that such damage derive from injury to the person in the case of consumer goods. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Please inspect your purchase receipt for any defects. Defective products must be returned by insured mail; postage prepaid, accompanied by the original dated sales slip and name, address, and telephone number of the purchaser, along with a written description of the defect. Returns will be handled on an individual basis; please call to get a return authorization number if you wish to return a defective item.
Order Acceptance Policy
By placing an order the purchaser represents to Frost Cutlery that he or she is 18 years or older and will be in compliance with all laws and regulation applicable to the purchase, ownership, carrying and use of this knife. Purchaser must be legally able to order merchandise in your state or jurisdiction. When purchaser places an order you represent that the merchandise you purchased can legally be ordered and owned in your state, county, or city which is your residence. Laws concerning knives vary from state to state. Please check your local laws which might affect the legality of your purchase. Frost Cutlery does not represent or warrant that any purchaser may legally purchase or own the merchandise being ordered. Knives and related merchandise are dangerous and should be used properly and not for any illegal purposes. Use good common sense when using any cutlery or related merchandise. The purchaser warrants that he/she will do all that is reasonable to keep knives and related merchandise out of the hands of minors and immature individuals for their own protection. When you purchase from Frost Cutlery you agree to assume all risks and liability related to and arising from your ownership and use of the merchandise.
Purchaser agrees to identify and hold harmless any and all claims brought by any person or entity against Frost Cutlery related to and or arising from the purchase, ownership, or misuse of this merchandise. Whether you buy in person, by mail, by fax, by phone or the internet, this binds the purchaser, his assigns, heirs, transferees, and representatives to hold harmless Frost cutlery from risk and illegal or improper use of the merchandise.
